It’s no surprise that this summer has been a challenging one with ongoing restrictions due to COVID-19. While social distancing is the best and safest thing you can do right now, you and your children may start to feel a little antsy—and that’s completely normal.
If you’re continuously looking for new ideas to keep everyone occupied, below are some fun and local activities to do that will keep you and your family safe.
Visit the Minnesota Zoo
The Minnesota Zoo is now open to the public from 10am to 4pm daily! All guests must purchase or reserve tickets online ahead of time for the selected date and time. Reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance. This timed entry allows for an even flow of guests throughout the day.
Listen to live music
If you’re in the mood for live music, Town Green in Maple Grove hosts live concerts on Wednesday evenings at 7pm! Concessions are now available for purchase, so feel free to bring the entire family.
