Our Maple Grove location holds a special place in our history—originally opening in 1982 as the very first Voyage Healthcare satellite office. In September 2007, we moved into our modern, expanded facility adjacent to the North Memorial Outpatient Center, seamlessly connected to Maple Grove Hospital for comprehensive, coordinated care.
